Bill Harrigan is a distinguished veteran with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. He embarked on his real estate journey as a specialized residential expert on the illustrious Monterey Peninsula in California, catering to a discerning clientele in renowned locales such as Carmel, Pebble Beach, Monterey, and Pacific Grove.
In a pivotal turn of events in 2002, Bill assumed the role of Founding Broker at Intero Real Estate Services, Inc., spearheading the inception of the commercial division in collaboration with Gino Blefari. Subsequently, Intero became part of the prestigious Berkshire Hathaway Home Services portfolio, and Gino Blefari ascended to the position of President and CEO of HomeServices of America, the nation's largest residential real estate company by its transaction volume.
Bill Harrigan has established deep roots as a full-time resident of Kailua-Kona and continues to contribute his expertise with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services-Hawaii Island Properties. Leveraging his extensive client and broker relationships on the Mainland, Bill has now directed his focus towards assisting homeowners in Hawaii and prospective buyers by helping them craft and execute their real estate business plans.
